Common fixes

Nothing translates: open the extension popup and make sure your OpenRouter API key is entered, then reload the page.
"Can't reach backend": click Check backend in the popup; it should say Backend OK.
Get a key: free at openrouter.ai/keys — you're billed by OpenRouter only for what you translate.
Some text stayed English: content that loads after translating may need another Translate page click.
